Ingredients:
- 2 dl whipping cream
- 2 dl buttermilk
- 2 bags of Muru Baby apple-lingonberry porridge (other flavors are also acceptable)
- 1 dl sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla sugar
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 2 gelatin sheets
Manufacturing:
- Let the gelatin sheets stand in cold water for 5 minutes.
- Bring the cream and sugar to a boil in a saucepan.
- Remove the gelatin sheets from the water, squeeze out any excess water, and add them to the hot cream in the saucepan.
- Stir until the gelatin sheets have melted.
- Allow the cream mixture to cool and add the vanilla sugar.
- Mix the buttermilk and Muru Baby porridge together, add lemon juice and, if desired, a little grated lemon zest.
- Add cream to the buttermilk mixture and stir until smooth.
- Pour the mixture into serving glasses and chill in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours.
- Serve the set panna cotta with blackcurrants and dried banana chips.
