Ingredients:

  • 2 dl whipping cream
  • 2 dl buttermilk
  • 2 bags of Muru Baby apple-lingonberry porridge (other flavors are also acceptable)
  • 1 dl sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla sugar
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 gelatin sheets

Manufacturing:

  1. Let the gelatin sheets stand in cold water for 5 minutes.
  2. Bring the cream and sugar to a boil in a saucepan.
  3. Remove the gelatin sheets from the water, squeeze out any excess water, and add them to the hot cream in the saucepan.
  4. Stir until the gelatin sheets have melted.
  5. Allow the cream mixture to cool and add the vanilla sugar.
  6. Mix the buttermilk and Muru Baby porridge together, add lemon juice and, if desired, a little grated lemon zest.
  7. Add cream to the buttermilk mixture and stir until smooth.
  8. Pour the mixture into serving glasses and chill in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours.
  9. Serve the set panna cotta with blackcurrants and dried banana chips.
