Cancellation policy

Some of our products may be recurring orders, pre-orders, or try-before-you-buy products. This cancellation policy explains how you can change or cancel such purchases.
Recurring orders
When you purchase a recurring order, the product will be delivered to you at regular intervals. The interval is based on the duration of the recurring order and the frequency you select.
Your payment information is stored securely, and you will be charged for each delivery separately, unless you choose to pay in advance.
Some recurring orders may automatically renew after they end. If you do not want a recurring order to renew, you can cancel it.
You can change your recurring order agreement or cancel it at any time. Order confirmation emails contain links to your order. You can manage your recurring subscription through these links.

Pre-orders
When you place a pre-order, you are purchasing a product that is out of stock or an unreleased product that is not yet in stock. At checkout, you may be charged a partial prepayment or no prepayment at all. At the same time, we will save your payment method so that we can charge the remaining amount later.
You can cancel a partially paid pre-order that has not yet been fulfilled. If the order has been fulfilled, you cannot cancel the order, but you can request a full or partial refund. For more information about refunds and payment refunds, see our refund policy.
Try Before You Buy
When you purchase a Try Before YouBuy product, we will place a payment authorization on your payment method before fulfilling your order. You must decide within a certain period of time whether you want to keep the product. If you have not returned the product within that period, we will charge your payment method for the full amount.
