Delivery and return policy
General information about the online store
The products in the online store are sold by Muru Baby Food Oy. We sell products to private individuals of legal age in Finland. Product prices include value added tax.
The terms and conditions valid at the time of ordering apply to orders between the customer and Muru Baby Food Oy. The customer must familiarize themselves with these terms and conditions before placing an order. Muru Baby Food Oy reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of delivery and the contract.

Ordering
After a successful order, you will receive an order confirmation by email. The confirmation will show the products you have ordered and their prices.
Muru Baby Food Oy reserves the right to cancel an order if there are errors in the stock balance or system.
Minimum order
The minimum order quantity is 10 pieces.
Payment methods
The following payment methods are available:

The payment transfer service is provided by VivaWallet Oy in cooperation with Finnish banks and credit institutions. VivaWallet appears as the payee for the payment transaction and transfers the payment to the merchant.

Delivery time
The delivery time for online orders is normally 7 business days. During major campaigns and exceptional circumstances, delivery times may be longer. We will always notify you separately of any delays.
The delivery time begins when the customer has received the delivery confirmation in their email.
Please note that we are on vacation in July and delivery times may therefore be longer.
Delivery to Finland
- Free shipping on orders over €35. Otherwise, shipping costs €5.90 to a parcel locker.
- Your order will be delivered to the parcel locker you have selected.
- The parcel will be stored in the machine for 7 days, after which it will be returned to the sender.
- We charge a fee of €9.90 for uncollected parcels.
Countries of delivery
Currently, we only deliver orders to Finland.
Unclaimed shipments
All orders are delivered via Posti. Posti stores packages at its offices and parcel lockers for 7 days after their arrival. A notification of arrival is sent by email and text message.
If the package is not picked up within the specified time, it will be returned to the sender. Please note that an unclaimed package is not a return in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act. In such cases, we will charge €9.90 for shipping and handling, which will be deducted from the refund.
Exchange and return policy
The customer has a 14-day right of exchange and return in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act. The right of return applies only to unused and saleable products in their original packaging.

We do not accept returns more than 14 days after delivery. Once your return has been approved, the money will be refunded directly to your account.
Problems with transport and defective products
If your order has been lost in transit, damaged, or the wrong product has been delivered, please notify us immediately by email at [email protected] or by mail:

Any errors must be reported within 14 days of receiving the product. If the package has been damaged in transit, please file a complaint with the postal service immediately.
