Recipe: Quick finger food porridge pancakes, From the same pot x Muru Baby

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 banana
  • 1 chicken egg
  • 1 bag of your chosen Muru Baby porridge (100g)
  • 1/2 cup wheat flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • Rapeseed oil for frying
  • Fruits and berries

Manufacturing:

  1. Mash the banana with a fork in a bowl. Mix in the rest of the ingredients. The porridge adds substance and flavor to the pancakes.
  2. Add a dash of oil to the holes in the mini pancake pan or frying pan. You can spread the oil evenly with a silicone spatula. Heat the pan over medium heat so that the pancakes don't burn. Add the batter to the pan and fry the pancakes on both sides.
  3. Serve the pancakes as they are with fruit and berries. You can put the rest of the pancakes in the refrigerator and serve them later.
