Ingredients:
- 1/2 banana
- 1 chicken egg
- 1 bag of your chosen Muru Baby porridge (100g)
- 1/2 cup wheat flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- Rapeseed oil for frying
- Fruits and berries
Manufacturing:
- Mash the banana with a fork in a bowl. Mix in the rest of the ingredients. The porridge adds substance and flavor to the pancakes.
- Add a dash of oil to the holes in the mini pancake pan or frying pan. You can spread the oil evenly with a silicone spatula. Heat the pan over medium heat so that the pancakes don't burn. Add the batter to the pan and fry the pancakes on both sides.
- Serve the pancakes as they are with fruit and berries. You can put the rest of the pancakes in the refrigerator and serve them later.
